  • A court of thorns and roses

    By Sarah j. Maas

I loved, loved this book. By far my favourite fantasy read. The writing style, characters, and plot are all very clever. It was engaging, fun, and full of surprises. I was hooked from start to finish.

  • Twisted hate

    By Ana Huang
    3 stars

A light, fast-paced summer read with likeable characters and just the right amount of drama. Easy to get through and enjoyable.

  • The book of guilt

    By Cathrine Chidgey
    5 stars

Wow. This book is so smart and sophisticated. It quietly challenges your assumptions and makes you see things differently. Nothing is simple or black and white — every character feels morally complex and human. It’s unsettling in a clever way and makes you sit with uncomfortable questions. The characterisation is brilliant.

  • A court of mist and fury

    By Sarah J. Maas
    4 stars

This book was incredible and honestly made me start liking fantasy. Feyre’s growth, the found family, the romance, and the plot were all done so well. I couldn’t put it down and now I’m emotionally attached. Rhys is everything. Easily my favourite in the series so far.

  • The let them theory

    By Mel Robbins

I honestly didn’t want this book to end — I truly enjoyed it. I learned so much from it, even though many of the ideas are rooted in common sense and simple reminders. That said, they’re the kind of reminders we all need. The book really highlights how often we get caught up, stuck in moments, and drained by things we can’t control. It gently pulls you out of that headspace and helps you refocus on what actually matters. Such an important read, especially when life feels a bit noisy. Highly recommend.

  • The housemaid

I don’t usually go for thrillers, but wow… this one had me hooked. The writing is simple, but the plot is clever and keeps you guessing the whole way through. The characters were such a highlight too — the author does an amazing job bringing them to life. I could clearly picture them and their personalities, which made everything feel way more intense. Definitely not like anything I’ve read before, and I honestly loved it.

  • Twisted games

    By Ana huang
    3 stars

If you’re looking for a light, escapist read, this is a great choice. Twisted Games is romantic, easy to get into, and perfect when you want something relaxing rather than emotionally heavy. The story leans into fantasy romance vibes, with enough tension and chemistry to keep things interesting without being stressful or complicated. It’s the kind of book you can curl up with, switch your brain off, and just enjoy the ride. Overall, it’s a nice, comforting read—ideal for when you want romance, escapism, and a break from reality.
