Cute Christmas novella to match The Nest hockey series. One last chance to meet up with all the characters beyond the final book.
Beautifully crafted Christmas story, with an unlikely Irish Ghost of Christmas Past and a people-pleasing antique shop owner. Recommend the audiobook so you get to hear the enchanting accent.
Finally at Book 4, I'm hooked on this Throne of Glass series. Often rated the best of SJMs series, I've taken a while to warm to Caelena/Aelin but this book delivered, not only with the main character, but some interesting new side characters too.
A fun sequel to Can I Tell You Something that’s cleverly written as taking place I the same time, but from the POV of two side characters in that book. Shane East narrates, the male character, and I could listen to that man read the grocery list.
Elle Kennedy never disappoints. She knows her genre and hits the mark every time. Enjoyed the college hockey setting as always, and the opposites attract, fake dating tropes here. Sadly it’s the last in the Briar U series.
An unusual mix of the author’s usual crazy (and sometimes immature) group of characters with witty banter, heavy on spice, and overlaying it a touching account of one couple’s fertility struggle. I wasn’t sure what to rate this, but I went with the emotional pull of Cara and Emmett’s story.
Light escapist Christmas holiday romance.
Down the romantasy rabbit hole and I’m not sorry. Can’t wait to get into book 2. Outstanding narration so highly recommend the audiobook.
Short, sweet and a bit spicy. Fun Christmas read set in NYC which is always a favourite for holiday books. Loved the English MMC narration. Christmas obsessed event planner meets Scrooge-like Christmas hater.
Fun Christmas romance with a road trip, grumpy sunshine and found family.
