Under the Same Stars definitely starts off slow, it takes a bit to settle into all the different characters and timelines. But once it clicks, it really pulls you in. The best part is how all the stories run in parallel and slowly connect; it’s so satisfying when you start seeing how everyone’s lives overlap and influence each other. I loved how it showed that even people separated by time can be connected through place, choices, and shared values. By the end, it felt really meaningful and worth sticking with.
Great easy read. Loved it was set in NZ with a different perspective of WWll
