15 year old in the 70's working at an old people's home. Quirky characters abound.
Interesting memoir by RNZ's Susie Ferguson. I found her insight into endometriosis fascinating and her writing so visceral. I feel it will enable me to understand the experience of our rangatahi with endometriosis.
A novel in letters. Brilliant
" In the end, it's not what happens to us that matters most- it's what we choose to do with it" Part memoir and part easy to read therapy from a holocaust survivor. Engaging and challenging text that would be suitable for YA also.
